When communicating with Chinese you should be aware that the interpreter should have a lot of experience. A degree of Chinese Studies is not enough to act as an interpreter in negotiations. A long stay of at least several years and work experience in the Chinese region are needed to thoroughly speak and write the language. Be sure to have a experienced interpreter as it is not easy for Westerners to check the quality of Chinese.
